Our hypnotherapy programmes consist of conventional hypnosis and brainwave entrainment hypnosis.

Conventional hypnosis consists of an induction and deepener. These are used to relax your muscles and your mind,and then, when you are at the optimum stage of relaxation, we give you visualisation  therapy. You will then be gradually brought back up to full consciousness.

In brainwave entrainment, we use frequencies to take you to the optimum level of relaxation. This is done with the use of beats or pulses that use the frequencies of the brain. Your brain will synchronise with these beats and you will automatically relax.   There is no induction and we use repeated affirmations, which can be heard in the background.   All you have to do is lie back, relax, and listen to the music.
